Security patch/ software updates

The last time I had a Security Patch update was February 1, 2024. My Android Version is 14 and my One UI is 6. I've tried reaching out to samsung and my service provider. I used smart switch twice, factory reset my phone, cleared phone cashe... I'm not sure what else I can do.

Contact Verizon and tell them send you the latest update. If they can't or won't a Samdung service center can flash your phone up to ui7.

Okayyyyy. Done my research day three on why I haven't received device updates in OVER a year (says the device) and has never updated since I bought it last summer. ANYWAYS the model code encrypted in this phone is SM-S908UZKETMB. Even samsung said themselves that the number is incorrect and SHOULD be SM-S908UZKEXAU. I don't know how to use any of that laptop techy stuff. HELPPPPPP

@Kbalch17 The model name from both those is SM-S908U is a carrier S22 Ultra. 

What do you mean by "encrypted in this phone"? And why do you think it wrong?

So on samsung when I put in my IMEI it shows ALL correct info but the model code is SM-S908UZKEXAU. On my ACTUAL device it shows SM-S908UZKETMB 

 here's a screenshot from samsung and I speaking. They said they can't do anything on their end.

It's not a number difference.
CSC XAU is unlocked phone and is updated as such. TMB CSC is assigned to tmobile and is updated as such.

It won't update my firmware, software or security until it's changed.

You bought the phone refurbished and the seller flashed your phone from unlocked to tmb. Do you understand? You'll need to take to Samsung service center and have them flash the firmware to unlocked xau.
