Ever since my S22 ultra got Ui6.1, whenever I open an app that uses the camera, it lags. Instagram, Snapchat, and even the camera app. It takes at least 4 seconds for the camera to launch.

Do you use wifi when you notice this it could be congestion. If you decrease the resolution, it will possibly increase reduce latency.
