Unblock messages to Premium text

How do I unblock messages? Certain numbers I can't reply too ?

Open phone app. Click three dots top right. Settings> blocked number. Add and remove the ones you want

That doesn't work for the numbers I text back

Try going to main phone settings from notification bar. Then tap on the magnifying glass to search settings. Then type "Premium" and look for...

This should pop up.

Click that then find the same option in the list and click it again. If it says never allow either switch it to always allow or always ask. Hope it works
