Hello. I have two bluetooth devices. One is the Skullcandy Crusher Anc 2, and the other is the Jabra Elite 8 Gen 2 Earbuds. They both use an app to configure and change options to your liking.

This issue first occurred in the Skullcandys. No matter what I did, it wouldn't connect to the app. But, when I received my Jabras, I found the same connectivity issue within their app as well.

The most unusual thing is that when I restart my Samsung S22 Ultra and immediately pair the devices, they connect to the app instantly with no problems. After a few minutes, the app disconnects the devices even though they're still connected to Bluetooth.

Can anyone please tell me what could be the issue? It certainly isn't the devices, but more of the phone.

Sounds like a software coding issue. I would try disabling the app for the other headset when not actively using it and see if that clears it up. If it does, perhaps you can set up a routine in the phone system that will automatically disable the other app when you open either of them(?). My best guess anyway without delving into analyzing your Bluetooth signals which gets technically hard to walk a non-techie through...
