VoLTE and VoWiFi provisioned grayed

I am using Samsung S22+ in different country mobile operator SIM card, I can't use VoLTE and VoWiFi,

How can I enable VoLTE and VoWiFi?

Perhaps the mobile operator you are using in that country does not have those featurs, which is why you can't use/enable them. Those settings are controlled by the carrier.
