Volume goes down automatically

My volume keeps getting down automatically  .when i press the volume up button then i can hear the sound and again and again i have to do the same several times in just 1 minute..please help me

I would run the diagnostic test in settings than device care at bottom diagnostic test you can test all or individually

Other things to see is- if you have a case on your phone, especially a hard case, sometimes the buttons from the case can push in and become stuck.

If you have a case/cover on your phone, try taking the phone out and see if the same problem occurs.

Do you have a media volume limit set?  settings/sounds and vibration/volume then click the 3 dots on the upper right and click the media volume limit to see if it's set
