My wife doesn't know where it came from but it transferred from her 10+ to her new 22+. What is it & how can it be removed?
Thanks in advance.

Does it and bring up an unfamiliar menu when touched and/or can you drag around the screen?

It looks like the Accessibility Assistant, but in floating, rather than side panel, but mine is square.
Try Settings> accessibility> interaction and dexterity> assistant menu> then toggle off or set up what you want in Assistance.
Or I did have an app once that looked similar that when touched would bring up the app/s of your choice, but really not thinkin it's that tho.

That's the APPs icon...I think it's under Settings > Apps...but it is a configuration option to have APP button on home screen...personally I prefer the swipe up for APP access...
