What is this flippin DOT on my screen?

I have the S22+5g today I reorganized my apps now on the left center of my screen everytime I touch the volume a floating circle appears not the big blue one for taps but a smaller one and when you touch it the volume key pops up the only way to make it go away is dragging it to the middle where an X appears and it goes away for about 2.5 seconds I have went into every setting on this phone I feel like  is this? Make it stop please and thank you.
