Not sure why this was removed but this was one of the best features for Samsung devices. As it prevented from having to purchase or use a third party app. So I guess Samsung lost out on this feature. It was so convenient and useful.
Ya I don't know why they removed it from the common view but your can still find it via a secret menu.
1. Go to settings > connections> wifi > intelligent wifi. 2. Scroll to the bottom where you see the intelligent wifi version. Tap on that 7 times. This will enable connectivity labs. 3. Open connectivity labs 4. Tap your wifi network. 5. Scroll down and tap more.
From here you should see network speed and much more info
