When will we get the security update?

Has anyone gotten the security update for September besides S24 owners? It's the end of the month and Samsung doesn't seem to interested in their their consumer base.

I got the 6.1.1 first update on my S24U but not the second update with the security update.

I think it also plays a role with the phone carrier you have as well.
