What's the hold up on the update? For the amount of money these phones. Cost you would think that Samsung would be on top of everything. Or at least we could expect not having adds pop up all the time.
From reading these comments, people seem a little unsure on who's exactly getting the update.

Obviously samsung has its own timeline that favors more powerful and more recent devices they've released, so it's going to trickle down like it does with every beta and update cycle.
They never go that far back for the betas only the last 2 models

Google is always the first for android rollouts. 15 should be out by new years for everyone else. You can check the status by going to the many android forums online.
No it won't be out by New years for everyone else the beta was delayed again meaning sometime in Dec and the full release starting with the S25's
