Wow, I don't know what 10454 is, but let me go through my devices. BRB

Above is removed apps and users, Those may be apps that have been uninstalled but used data during the time frame October 21- Nov 18. I don't see that particular number on any of my Samsung devices. Let's wait until someone else can verify the information.

UIDs numbers are
assigned randomly to installed apps (system and user). If you do a factory reset or reinstall a user app, the assigned UID will be changed.
Is the app data increasing?
Do you download apps outside the Galaxy Store and/or the Google Play Store? The number could be Java code. It's not spam.
