"Couldn't Send Messages"

This has been happening for a while now. Every other few messages I send, some texts would have an error & says "couldn't send messages." Sometimes the texts would send but I would still get the error. Anyone know how I can fix this? 

I attached an image & as you can see, the other person still got my message despite the error texts.

Could be signal or message bug there was a message update I got this morning think fixed the Google meets problem I would try a network reset

All else fails goto settings than app and message there click storage and clear cache
