After 6.1.1 Phone screen doesn't show pictures for many contacts

The Phone dial screen doesn't show photos for half my contacts, it only shows their name really big. 

This is after the 6.1.1 update. 

Photos for the contacts exist, they just don't show on the phone screen. 

Note that they DO show in samsung contacts app. They also show in the contract list of the Phone app...

Did you clear the cache after installing 6.1.1?

Power off phone
Press Volume Up, Power keys at same time
When "Samsung" and popos on screen release
Use Volume buttons to move to "Clear Cache" then press Power
Move back to "Reboot" phone

Good idea, Just formatted the cache partition per your suggestion, problem persists. Thanks though.
