not sure what specifically you're referring to, but I can guess. go to: settings > lock screen and AOD > scroll all the way down to the bottom and select Edit Lock Screen. from there you can make a number of changes.
In case you would like to independently customize AOD, download GoodLock and LockStar. Then you could only customize AOD without changing lockscreen in LockStar.
