Galaxy S23I recommend going into your "samsung keyboard" settings to the "autocorrect" options, and disabling "automatic word replacement". Then turn on the option to "highlight" the incorrect words. (Some phones may underline in red, instead of highlight)
That way, it's not going to keep replacing your words, but it will highlight them... so you can quickly see if it's truly the wrong word, or if it just needs some spelling correction etc.
I use voice typing a LOT. It definitely speeds up and makes easier, all of my texting & messaging, but sometimes it can get the word wrong, especially as the phone is learning my speech patterns & accent etc.
So when I use the Automatic word replacement option for autocorrect, it can seriously mess up what I'm trying to say. But by just highlighting the "incorrect" words, I can quickly proofread, tap a few changes if needed, and say what I really wanted to say. That's also done in a quarter of the time it would take me to type the tiny buttons on the screen ...and then retype the "autocorrected" nonsense.

Galaxy S23Exactly why I'm here too! It's been so annoying over the past few weeks, often changing entire words to something that just doesn't make sense within the context of the message! The amount of corrections i've had to do is ridiculous.
