You can adjust them when you connect to headphones. Unfortunately after you disconnect the headphones, it goes back to normal. But those settings are saved and it automatically adjusts back when you connect to headphones again.
I have the same problem on my S23 Ultra now. It looks exactly the same as what you show. It seems like the bottom two bands were grayed out when the early November update was installed on the phone. I used those bands also to amplify the bass and it sounds less noticeable now since they are disabled. Will Samsung be fixing this issue in a future update?
