I bought my s23 ultra in November of 2023. The price for Care+ was $16 a month. Now 8 months later it has increased to $19 a month. I called customer service and sat on hold forever. Then, I had to get transferred to someone who could tell me what care+ even covers for that price. They couldn't email me a copy of this coverage and they couldn't tell me why there was a three dollar price increase in less than a year. They couldn't even tell me if something happened to my phone if it would be replaced with a new or refurbished phone. Just under $20 a month (including tax) seems like a lot of money to pay for something that they can't even provide me with the fine details.
