Galaxy S23
I recently traveled internationally and had a second eSIM installed on my S23U. Every time I would switch eSIM it would force a reboot. Is there a way to disable the reboot? I noticed my wife's fruit branded phone did not reboot....

Galaxy S23
It does that with a physical SIM too so it can reconfigure the settings. It's perfectly normal.

Galaxy S23Fruit phones do not rely on carriers for software updates, they are handled by Apple themselves. Android and everything else that is not a Pixel will change the settings of the phone, these settings require a reboot. One of these settings is to set the phone to point to the carrier's update servers for software updates. This is unavoidable.
