Directional/distorted audio issues

Not sure if it's a game issue or a device issue. But does anyone else use the S23 ultra and play cod mobile having audio issues? Like distorted sound and incorrect directional audio

Stable android 13. It seems to be better now after I did the repair apps in the boot up menu
