I have s24 and also having the same issue. Is everyone who's having this issue on Verizon? I am. Called Verizon and I'm told it's a Samsung issue. Called Samsung and I'm told it's a Verizon issue. Tech Support at both companies are oblivious as to what the problem is much less having a solution. I'm thinking it's a possible mix up of the beta ui 7 being given for us to download and since Verizon isn't a beta participant, that's why the update fails to download. Mine won't even try to update anymore as it's now been saying for the previous 12 hours 'download was interrupted and will resume again later'. Until this is resolved, we can't download the actual ui7 update when it becomes available to everyone in a few weeks.
