I'm getting error code 642299 when trying to add a another debit card.

They gave a phone number to call, but it cannot verify the phone # on my Samsung account even though it's correct. Then hangs up on me saying to confirm my number in my account. 

I restarted my s23fe phone and also tried using data instead of wifi, no luck.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. I understand your concerns about your Samsung Wallet app giving you an error code and I will be more than happy to take a look into this with you.  There are a few troubleshooting steps that we can try to get the issue resolved: 

 

Verify that your Samsung Wallet App is up to date

Check your App permissions 

Clear the Cache from the App (https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001372/)

Restart your device
