So it's been almost 2 years since I've received Facebook notifications on my galaxy s23 ultra. I've tried multiple conversations with samsung, but nothing has helped. I'm hoping with one ui 7 coming, I can finally receive notifications again. Has this happened to anyone else?
The new UI is unlikely to fix an underlying issue with a single app unrelated to the UI. If it was a Samsung app, maybe. But not when the app is not even a close relative to Samsung. If it was a UI issue, you wouldn't be getting notifications from *any* app. The problem must lie with some error in the app's cache or data, or too much garbage in the phone's cache partition if you haven't been keeping up with regular optimization and cache maintenance.
