My S23 wouldn't readily accept my finger scan, only doing so after multiple attempts. Then after my print has been read and tested, the next time i try it would not work .
The sensor test is ok and i do not use a screen protector
Go back to fingerprint registration and register the same finger as fingerprint 2. You can use the same finger for fingerprint 3 and 4 as well if you only plan to use one finger for unlock. When you do this, try to get your finger in slightly unusual angles. Registering your finger multiple times drastically improves unlock speed and accuracy.
