My Ford Phone as a Key stopped working on my Galaxy S23/24 after the December update. It's blocking the this Ford feature, and tons of other Verizon users are having the same issue since that patch. Fix this ASAP, please!
If it's a Ford app, Ford is who you should be contacting. They probably did not update their software to be compatible with the update. If only Verizon customers are affected, it would have to be a conflict with something Verizon added to the update, since Samsung does not update your phone directly, your carrier does.
