Galaxy S23Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out about your phone not ringing when connected to your Watch 6. I can certainly see how this is inconvenient and allows easily missed calls. First thing I would try is unpairing, then re-pairing the Watch to the device, and checking the volume settings on both the Watch 6 and your S23 device. If that does not help with the ringing, you can try resetting the Watch here: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00084702/
If troubleshooting the Watch does not resolve this behavior, it is likely something with the phone that needs troubleshooting. Try clearing the device's cache partition and repairing apps with these steps:
- Power off your device.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:
- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.
Next, Safe Mode can determine if a third-party application is responsible for the behavior: https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
Lastly, if the above troubleshooting is not helping, you may need to try a factory reset of the phone itself. This guide can walk you through the entire process (make sure to back up everything you can!): https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062029/
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options:
