Gallery Stories keeps popping up and I cannot stop it.

Open Gallery, click the 3 lines at the bottom (first screenshot) go to "Customization Service" (2nd screenshot) click it. You may be promoted to "agree" to user agreement. Turn off the stories....(3rd screen shot)

Customization Service (under Gallery Settings) says „not in use“ but I am still getting notifications of automatically created stories :-{

Every time I make a short video for a text message, it goes thru just fine. Then I click on it to save to Gallery. I get a "Saved" message but then when I go to Gallery it only has a gray square (which is supposed to be the video). I then click on the square and on "Play Video". THEN i get message Gallery doesn't support. Never used to happen. Never had any issues saving videos to Gallery for viewing later or attaching to other texts. Why is this happening.
