so I got my phone today and as I finished transferring my data from my old phone I realised it has 2 updates ahead and yet it's still on the 1 December update
it says 'your phone is up to date' even though it's not
and for it's last update it says 'there's no information available for this update'
I tried connecting my phone to smart switch on my lap top and nothing happened
Open the Samsung Members app and go to Support > Phone diagnostics > Software update check. ā¢ If an update is available, it might guide you to download it.
So glad that you tried everything, guess we can't possibly help then as there is nothing left to try. Also your rant on this in another thread is far from having ALL the details.
