Help trying to figure out how to remove actions off of phone

I need help trying to figure out how to remove actions that will sit on my screen for several minutes

On bottom it shows in a bubble an action I did and it sits on screen for several minutes

@krazygurl Try this:

1. Open phone settings
2. Click on Accessibility
3. Click on Advanced settings
4. Click on Time to take action
5. Select a time which is convenient to you
