If you switched phones then Download smart switch on both phones then it will tell you what to do from there. It will set your new phone up just like the last one. . If thats not the case then go to your play store , press on your pic in the top right corner, go to manage apps, where it says installed at the top, press on it then press not on this phone
If you don't have old phone go to play store and press your avatar go to manage apps and devices then on top press manage then where it says installed change to not installed and you can see a list of apps you had installed on old devices. Go through and install the ones you had and want again.
