How to make a routine for turning on 60hz when selecting battery protect?

I was trying to make a routine but I don't see the options available. Does anyone know a way of being able to turn on 60hz when battery protect is selected?

I figured it out. I had to set a specific date and had the options there after that

I'm looking for battery protect. Battery saver already puts the display at 60hz by default
