My sister died 3 weeks ago. She had a Galaxy S23 that is pattern locked. I don't know the pattern nor her Google account password. How do I get this phone unlocked and reset?
Hold down power and volume up button together from a powered off state and it should boot into the screen where you can wipe it. As far as the unlocking goes, not sure.
Sorry to say you can reset it but since you donāt know the Google account password the phone will be useless since it will be Google locked you can try and contact Google to try and retrieve the password.
