I have an s23 ultra that has been having issues ever since the 6.1 update.

I tried contacting customer service and they told me there are zero issues reported with the latest update. Their suggestion was take it in to be repaired. Has anyone found a remedy to fixing the issues with the screen and fingerprint scanner other than replacing the phone?

Do you have a screen protector on your device?

Have you tried deleting your fingerprints and setting them up again?

Have you tried clearing cache in biometrics?

Have you tried a wipe cache partition?

Fingerprint scanner works in safe mode. The screen issues aren't as bad in safe mode either. And there is no screen protector. I've completely reset my phone and still have issues.

It's the update. Don't even bother reading any comments because it won't help. Samsung has yet to do anything about it and everyone's phones have been **bleep** up since July 1st. 🙄

My S23 Ultra has failed to scan a fingerprint properly since the update. It gets to 30% or so, then just doesn't get further. SAMSUNG! Please fix
