No. Samsung Messages is slowly being phased out. The S25 phones no longer have the app pre-loaded. Samsung is pushing users to use Google Messages instead, and they have some Samsung-specific UI changes in Google Messages for Samsung

Samsung messages was just updated for the s25 devices and depending on the phone companies like Verizon and AT&T it's up to them to bring back the rcs

This ☝️ ☝️ ☝️ from the reports I've seen only Verizon isn't supporting RCS Messaging all others are a go also read there's another update coming soon that will allow you to edit messages

Yes and at&t don't have rcs neither and yes I heard about the editing also

I have AT&T, and on Samsung Messages, I still only have RCS working with other contacts that have AT&T.

I read a while back that if you used Google Messages you need to turn off RCS Messaging in Google Messages for RCS to work in Samsung Messages
