I guess that has to do with your service provider. Sorry about that, though.

Hi @userk8MLNpeHcV and welcome to the community!  @usero3bh4lPuR6 was correct in the fact that that is something that you would want to do with your carrier BUT if you would like to try something in the meantime, you could enable Smart Call on your device.  This will allow you to block or report any numbers that call that aren't in your contact list.

Yes, you can block calls from uknown numbers and you can set it block all spam and scam calls. Be aware, though, that they will still be routed to your VM box, so you may get some messages. If your carrier has spam/scam settings in its app, those calls get stopped on the carrier side. I hear the nomorerobo app is effective, but I think now you have to pay for it.
