Galaxy S23My wife and I both have S23's and we both got the update, me the same day her 2 days later.
But now since the update she can not logon to her job with the pilotco app, when it loads after she inputs her name and PW it just sits there with a loading screen.
I put her app on my phone and it works perfectly, now she cant just take my phone to work, she needs hers, and on the google play app store their are people who are also having the same issue.
Is there a way to roll back the update and then try to update again?
She needs the app to log on and off for work and check her schedule.

Galaxy S23I don't think there is a way to rollback the update. What I can recommend if you haven't tried to, please check if all her apps are fully updated on both the Google Play Store and Samsung Store. Then go to:
- Settings
- Apps
- PilotCo App
- Here, verify that required permissions are all on. Also review that under Defaults the option Open Links is toggled on. Finally, under the Storage tab click Clear Cache on the bottom right corner.
If everything is good, try rebooting the phone and try to log in again. Let me know if you need more help.

Apparently after she logs on and tries to sign in, it uses Chrome, and the screen shot is all it does.
Just says LOADING...
Any help or advice on this Its funny i used the same link on my chrome on my pc and on my phone and it works great just not on hers.

Galaxy S23Its fixed now, apparently instead of the app it was chrome since thats where she goes after logging on.
I killed the cache and closed all 60+ sites opened and VIOLA! its working,
thank you for all the help, it put me on the right track.
