My nephew, who is extremely high on the spectrum is overly obsessed with his cell phones etc. Anyways he got a new phone and we are trying to sell his old one, the Galaxy s23 ! He stated that he cleaned it out and factory reset it (he says🤷:female_sign:) but now it's got us locked out because it has a pass code to open it and noone knows what it is. I've tried 17 times and have 2 more which are hours apart then they said they could help, unbelievable and unexceptable. Ughhh please can we go around this or no? Bout to throw phone out window ridiculous 😤😡😫
