For at least a month now my S23+ has been losing connection to the network. At least 6 times now I've tried to make a call or use Google, etc, and get an error message that I'm not registered on a network. It lasts about 10 minutes, but it is really annoying, especially when I need to make a time sensitive call. I was at a UPS store to return something to Amazon and couldn't even get the barcode. I had to pay to get on their network so I could access it. In addition to the inability to make it receive calls, texting is impossible. I called tech support and they said they would call back on this past Monday and see if it was still happening. It happened twice since then and I never heard back. They said that I would need to have my phone replaced. I wish this could be resolved soon and quickly because I don't like not being able to trust my phone.

Yes. When I said I called tech support, I was referring to Verizon. They said it's a problem with the phone and they would replace it per the insurance I pay for through them, Verizon. I was wondering if anyone had any idea what the malfunction is and if anyone else has experienced this with their Samsung phone. I haven't heard back from Verizon even though they said they would call yesterday. I guess I'll have to wait until after Christmas.

It's insurance through Verizon. Part of my Verizon bill. I've always had it on all my phones and used it twice in the past. I guess you'll have to trust me on this one.

Omg. I never said Verizon was an insurance carrier. Just that they handle it. Drop it, please. It has nothing to do with my inquiry. I'm curious to know WHY my phone is doing what it's doing and if anyone else has experienced the same thing! Geez
