Whenever I use my mobile data I can't access anything it just says that there isn't any wifi.

Required wifi would suggest no service plan or signal resetting network may help

Contact your carrier. Mobile data is the provence of your carrier. Something might be misconfigured. Also, keep in mind some apps just like wifi better, or have settings you have to select to use any network, mobile only, or wifi only, such as video/streaming apps.
