Galaxy S23I this picture you will see the place I am asking about. The problem is I can't change this. And when I try to it says can't change because of current ratio.
So I am asking if someone can help explain to me why this is and what is it talking about and how to fix this to where I can change it!?!

You have to select Full and change it to 9:16 is the only one you can record 30 frames in.

No I never would have thought of that! I thought that was for you to have the choice to use all of you screen or not. But it worked. Thank you for your help with this.
