One UI 6.1 bug issue

Recently my s23 ultra has been buggy where the at one point, while on the home screen, if I press any of my apps it would do something like the attached photo. ( That screenshot I pressed on the YouTube app). Once in this state, it can't be undone and must hard reset every single time.

Idk if it's one UI problem or a s23 issue in general but this has been happening quite often for a few weeks now.

Any possible reasons/solutions to this?

Note: Wiped cache partition but the bug is still back and keep having to reset my phone is causing some less quality of life.

Is your phone running out of storage feeling slow and battery running out very often

It's also could just be a problem with your phone makes sure to update your phone as often you can

Hi the same is happening to me in a S22 Ultra, I recently bought it of second hand and now I don't know if can be a software issue or maybe hardware.
