Galaxy S23I noticed that with the recent version of OneUI you can no longer set custom tones for select apps. Following the guide off of the Samsung website the section where you choose the notification you want to change is missing completely.
Coincidentally any apps that you have already set the custom sounds for the select app can not be removed or modified.

Change Notification
Sound for Each App:

• Choose App >
• Notifications >
• Allow Notifications Must be On >

• Click on a Category >
• Sound >
• Choose a Notification Sound.
• Settings >
• Notifications >
