Galaxy S23Currently going through a really messed up deal. Started with easily excusable, minor or what seemed on the surface minor issues. Bluetooth and wifi, would randomly turn on. I noticed my profile pic on some some screens to be the basic initials, on others my profile pic. I actually watched settings setting themselves, I would change them back, return later to find them changed back again. I new I was hacked and started talking to people about what was happening. Most people, almost all wrote it off as glitches nothing to worry about. I called Samsung tech support which responded, phones can't get hacked. I finally factory reset the phone...things were back to normal for....2 days. I was convinced they were right, maybe I was just being paranoid. The next day after I loaded up my device with all the removed apps, new accounts, passwords, and avg security/ VPN. I wouldn't let this happen again. The next day I grabbed my laptop opened it, started it, to find the O.S. set back to Bios with no way to enter data on the keyboard but through an onscreen keyboard the accessibility settings use.

Galaxy S23Hang in there. I took all my devices in to best buy and had everything erased and a new operating system installed. Got a new phone, new number, new router...it's a huge pain in the **bleep** but there's no other choice.
