Galaxy S23My Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra phone rings once with sound, then after that, no sound comes out, but it continues to ring silently. I've tried changing sound schemes.
Any ideas?

Galaxy S23Hello, welcome to the Community, and thanks for reaching out about this. I can certainly see how this could potentially result in missed calls ringing only once.
1. Have you verified you aren't accidentally pressing the side button or brushing against the screen silencing the call?
2. Have you tried testing a different ringtone?
3. Test the phone in Safe Mode to make sure there are no apps interfering with the calls. https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS00062983/
4. Clear the cache partition and repair apps in Recovery Mode.
- While the device is powered off, simultaneously press and hold the power and volume up buttons.
- Once the Samsung logo appears, release both buttons. Your device should boot into recovery mode.
Using the volume buttons to navigate and the power button to select:
- Navigate to "wipe cache partition" and press power.
- Select yes to confirm.
- Navigate down to "Repair apps" and press power.
If the troubleshooting is not helpful, the phone will need to be evaluated by a certified technician. For service in the U.S., you can take the phone to a local U.S. walk-in service location https://www.ubreakifix.com/samsung or to ship the phone in for service, please reach out to us via one of the following options: 1.
