The thing is that when I zoom out to be able to use the ultra wide lens, it started to shake, making an exaggerated sound and without focusing anything. Please watch the attached videos.
The video is the screen capture so you guys can note the steps I followed.
The sound perceived in the videos is the lens that I assume is trying to focus. To clarify, I pressed the screen to try to focus on something but it didn't work.
Have you tried any troubleshooting like clearing the camera app's cache/data? If not open device settings (cogwheel icon)>apps>camera>clear cache/data>restart phone. That may help if it is just a software glitch. If that doesn't resolve the issue the problem may be a hardware problem like an issue with the OIS (optical image stabilization) which will require a visit to a repair shop.
