Can't find my proof of purchase

Hi, it's been very frustrating because I cannot locate my receipt or "proof of purchase", and I don't have a statement, order number, nor do I have the receipt via Samsung profile. Can someone please help me? I have the IMEI which clearly states it's clean and under warranty.

Upon reaching your order, you have the capability to download the receipt. This will take you to a printer page where you can select your printer and save it as a PDF file. Alternatively, you may choose to capture a screenshot by tapping on the entire page using the tool with the down arrows.
