I've used a custom ringtone app to create, and in the past it's worked great. But apparently they've stopped supporting it, and now I think my ringtone setting is being directed to the wrong place. Reason: Settings/Ringtone doesn't show all the same files that are saved in my internal storage Ringtones folder. I can tell because I've edited some file names using my file manager, and the changes don't appear in Settings/Ringtone.
I'm going to uninstall the ringtone app, but can anyone tell me how to redirect Settings/Ringtones to the Ringtones folder without having to reset app preferences on my entire device? I'd like to do that before uninstalling, for fear I'll screw things up even worse.
