Galaxy S23I have the same problem. I am experiencing missed calls on my when my phone is placed screen-down on my desk. I only realized how weak it was when I called my phone.
Despite having the vibration settings set to the maximum level, the vibration is not noticeable when I am having incoming calls when the phone is on my desk. It's only noticeable when the phone is in my pocket or when I'm holding it.
Interestingly, there is a feature that is supposed to enhance the vibration, but it appears to be broken at the moment.

This is actually a pretty serious problem.

Galaxy S23Hello, We understand the frustration of missing notifications due to the vibration not being intense enough. This article provides the options for adjusting the vibration for the S22. The steps should be similar for the S23 phones. https://www.samsung.com/uk/support/mobile-devices/how-to-improve-the-vibration-of-your-galaxy-s22-de...
If the vibration intensity is still too weak, we recommend having the phone evaluated by an authorized technician. You can use the following link to find a list of service centers in the U.S. that can do the evaluation: http://www.samsung.com/us/support/service/ or by contacting customer support at 1-800-726-7864.
