S pen issues with screen protector

Anyone else having issues with S pen when using a screen protector?

I had my screen protector applied at the Verizon store each time; I'm on the 2nd one (it's a blue light screen protector)

2 problems:

1) S pen does not work well at all

2) due to the edge (sides) on my Galaxy Ultra 23 the screen protector has a hard time sealing in all areas

I've also reset the S pen a couple of times and updated to left hand
