These are the worst preorder trade-in deals ever. How dare Samsung try forcing us to sign contracts for 36 months with carriers to get the best deals. Gen Mill and Gen Z hate contracts. People need to boycott till they drop the prices for unlocked trade. For the previous s22 and fold and flip 4 models. CLEARLY SOME PEOPLE ARE BRAINWASHED STILL GETTING THEM. Sadly looking for clout as well. How pathetic.

Honestly this is exactly why I don't buy a new phone until several months later so it's had time for them to find the bugs.

Yep. I really like it. Phones are not perfect but for me it's a pretty nice phone. I don't have time to hunt down all the little nuances that might be wrong. Best to you.

Well I think I'm going to wait my s22ultra is only 6 months old so I'm sticking with it ill get the s24ultra when it comes out

I've had this phone for almost 24 hours now and it is light years ahead of the S22U... seriously what a beast!

I did a trade in with Samsung with an s22 ultra for s23 ultra and they are emailing me saying my screen is cracked and charged me an extra $155. I sent them a brand new s22 in the case and all. Now I want my money back because #samsung is trying to rip me off

I've read this numerous times on Reddit and thank goodness. I don't have to send mine in until March, but I'm definitely making a video recording of the process from beginning to end so they can't pull this.

You should. I even packaged it in the same box, same material they sent the s23 and now they are telling me my screen is cracked

I order s23ultra when I got it use the transfer cable from my note 20 ule 5g to the s23
mostly a lot of APP ok can use it but some kind of APP colour is gray & white can'T open it even can't deleted it , and then contact technical support and they told me to the samsung authorize repair shop check it ( free of charge)
